BesTour policy applies to customers who have reasons for not being able to use the service and want to refund or cancel that service!
FOR CUSTOMERS (Party A)
After registering for a service with BesTour, you have the right to cancel or change the service during the period from the date of registration to the date of service performance, and the Regulations will be applied based on the terms and conditions. the following cases:
1. In case Party A has a change in: Time, departure date and other contents in the schedule stated in the contract appendix. Party A must be responsible for and pay costs incurred due to changes in time, departure date and other contents of the program according to the contract appendix.
2. In case Party A has any changes in the number of guests in the group that affects the service price Party B has provided to Party A, Party B will apply the new price schedule based on the actual number of guests. Party A at that time. Party A is responsible for paying Party B the costs incurred due to such changes.
Immediately after signing the contract, Party B has booked services for customers such as: Airline reservation, Visa application, booking of services abroad (hotels, transportation, accommodation). goods and related services). In case Party A cancels or postpones the program (notifies cancellation via fax or email, not cancels via phone) for any reason, both parties commit as follows:
1. Party A reports cancellation immediately after registration, and will be subject to a penalty of 10% of the total package price of the member who reports cancellation.
2. 28 working days before the scheduled departure date, Party A must pay all actual costs incurred and 20% of the tour package price for each reduced guest.
3. Within 15 to 27 working days before the expected departure date, Party A must bear all actual costs incurred and pay 30% of the package price for each reduced guest.
4. Within 10 to 14 working days before the expected departure date, Party A must bear all actual costs incurred and pay 50% of the package price for each reduced guest.
5. Within 05 to 09 working days before the expected departure date, Party A must bear all actual costs incurred and pay 75% of the package price for each reduced guest.
6. Within 02 to 04 working days before the expected departure date, Party A must bear all actual costs incurred and pay 90% of the package price for each reduced guest.
7. Within 24 hours before departure date, Party A must bear all actual costs incurred and be fined 100% of the tour value.
8. In case the customer is not granted a Visa due to the customer’s fault (for example: black records, failure to prove complete records according to Embassy regulations,…) or the customer is not allowed to enter the country for personal reasons, Party A still have to bear actual costs such as airline ticket deposits, hotel deposits, visa application fees,…
FOR BESTOUR (Party B)
1. Cancellation of the trip organization contract (due to BesTour’s subjectivity) will result in a fine of 8% of the total contract value and a deposit paid in accordance with the law to Party A within 5 days from the date of decision. cancel this contract.
2. Have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract without having to pay any compensation if it is discovered that Party A has intentionally violated the law causing harm to national security and politics as well as that of the locality. place.
GENERAL TERMS
1. In case the trip is canceled due to objective reasons beyond the control of both parties (such as: natural disasters, war, terrorism, epidemics, political upheavals, strikes, new Government Law regulations). government or local authorities, …), then the two parties will agree on a solution according to the actual situation and responsibilities of each party!
2. In some special cases such as: vehicle breakdown due to technical factors, flight delay, vehicle delay due to traffic jam, traffic accident, Party B will promptly fix it to the best extent possible to avoid causing damage to Party A< /p>

Party B is responsible for supporting and helping Party A (when there is a reasonable request from Party A) to resolve incidents that occur to the group during the time of using the service such as: sick guests, accidents. accidents, damage to items at each destination, loss of personal property, ….
